what fantastic service we have received since then. We are not at the villa all year around and having this service is an absolute must. On top of our package we have been able to obtain ad hoc services when we need support that isn’t covered by our regular service package. In addition, when we need help that they can’t personal provide, their local knowledge across a wide range of property and concierge providers is extensive which ensures we get the best quality providers at the right value for money rates. The services Dawn and Domitilia provide us, range from checking our property each week – not a quick rush but a diligent review of all aspects of the property, to taking delivery of goods and services, and arranging and overseeing specialist works being carried out around the property. I really don’t know what we would do without Domitilia and Dawn – their positive approach, extensive knowledge, eye for detail, their excellent ability to hold specialist providers to account for delivering to a high quality is invaluable and finally when there is an issue they provide solutions for us to consider. We trust them 100% with everything to do with our property.
D2 Property Concierge (“D2”) is a high quality, client focused company.
We were one of D2’s very first customers, opting to take their Premium package for our villa.
We already knew both Dawn and Domitilia in their earlier careers, so thought it would be a fabulous use of their skills and knowledge to look after our property in our absence. It has been one of the best business and personal decisions we have ever made! We never have to worry about anything at the villa, as we are 110% confident that everything is under control. We have really put that to the test over the past year, with a total refurbishment of the whole villa, overseen by D2 property concierge. We simply did the fun bit, choosing furniture from designs put in front of us and choosing colours. D2 recommended the interior designer, and oversaw all stages of the project, including supervision of all the trades people to do the work. Their combination of attention to detail, creativity, local knowledge and multi-lingual talents mean they are able to accomplish projects that we would struggle even if we were on site. They also source and manage excellent cleaners and all other more everyday services for us and our guests. We simply couldn’t do it without them.
